Let's Go Zero!
King's Academy Ringmer has been invited to join the 'Let's Go Zero' Campaign as a trailblazer school. The National Campaign has set all UK schools a target to be carbon-free by 2030.
As one of the leading UK Eco-schools, we are very proud of our eco status and have recently been invited to join the Eco-School of Fame. We have a biomass burner, solar panels, a wind turbine, and a ground source heat pump which combined currently produces 70% of the energy the school uses, in the summer months the school can be completely self-sufficient!
