We host several open events which allow you to come and see the school, meet students and staff. Our main events take place in September to assist the year 6 students and their parents in choosing their secondary school. The details of these events are below.

September 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th 2024,
9:15 - 10:55am

Admissions Meet & Greets
Mrs. Thompson, our Admissions and Transition Manager, does at times run small meet and greet sessions and tours when demand is high. You will learn about our school and may have the opportunity meet some our friendly staff. This in-person event is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get a feel for our campus.
Please be aware, due to staffing constraints, these events are restricted to families of either:
- Year 5 students looking to apply at KAR for September 2025
- Current Year 7-11 students who are wanting to transfer to KAR in 2024.
Please do not book these events unless you are in the above groups.
If you have already accepted a place for Year 7 September 2024, you will receive information about our transition events in the coming weeks. This Meet & Greet is not for new year 7 students, so please do not book. Thank you.
