“King’s Academy Ringmer takes the protection of staff and students very seriously with regular staff and student briefings. In addition we have provided training on handwashing (with daily tutor time reminders), undertake twice daily bacterial cleaning of door handles, etc. as well as the sanitising of keyboards before a lesson starts. All visitors to the school are asked to sanitise their hands on arrival.” There are hand sanitisers in all rooms and we are constantly having conversations with our students about hand washing. We are equipping the toilets with extra paper towels, in addition to the usual hand dryers, and ask students to be respectful and responsible for the additional facilities.
