At Kings Academy Ringmer, our mission is to develop kind, ambitious, resilient young people who can form healthy relationships and contribute positively to society.  

We issue each student with a ‘Personal Development Passport’ that each individual uses to set their own targets for personal growth.  Divided into 5 sections, the Passport will enable young people to make progress in all areas of their lives:

Myself - what sort of a person do I want to become?

My relationships - what sort of a person do I want to be with others?

My school - what sort of student do I want to be?

My community - what sort of citizen do I want to be?

…and Beyond - what do I want to achieve in my life?

Our collective ambition is to ensure that young people at Kings Academy Ringmer have every opportunity to feel successful in their lives, both now and in their futures.
